At Poolwerx, we offer a regular weekly spa maintenance service, allowing you to keep your spa looking its best at all times. This service aims to prevent the wear and tear of your spa equipment and keep your water fresh and hygienic.

Our weekly spa maintenance service includes:

Vacuuming the hot tub/spa
Adding water as necessary
Testing and adjusting water chemistry
Cleaning filters according to manufacturer recommendations
Wiping down the top of the spa, waterline, and around pillows
Additional quarterly cleaning and servicing tasks performed each quarter

SEASONAL SPA MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Looking for a less frequent spa maintenance routine? Opt for our seasonal spa maintenance package which includes a spa service every 3 months to maintain a clean, healthy, and fully functional hot tub all year round.

During our spa maintenance visits, our pool and spa specialists will:

Just awesome service, I was a little worried about the cost of someone out to site….but was pleasantly surprised with the invoice. I am a convert…..no more going to a pool shop -getting poor service, waiting, filling my car up with chemicals….usually with way more than you need. This is like the my food bag of pools….the fridge isn’t full of food thats wasted, takes away having to think about it - and the end result is better to boot -).

The inclusions of a typical spa cleaning service can vary depending on your chosen spa package. Our regular spa service includes spa vacuuming, cleaning filters, balancing the water chemistry, and wiping down the spa surfaces to ensure it's clean and safe to use. Spas can consist of a number of spa valves which are prone to leaks. If you experience a spa leak, contact Poolwerx for a professional. Our spa technicians can quickly identify leaks in spa pumps, jets, or pipes to prevent further damage. We do not offer spa repairs.
Between spa services, regularly check the water chemistry, clean the filters, and remove debris from the spa to maintain cleanliness and prevent equipment failure.
