Very helpful and freely give advice on the many things to learn with treating my pool water. It can be very difficult to understand not being a tech person, and expensive. but correct informative knowledge helps!

Just awesome service, I was a little worried about the cost of someone out to site….but was pleasantly surprised with the invoice. I am a convert…..no more going to a pool shop -getting poor service, waiting, filling my car up with chemicals….usually with way more than you need. This is like the my food bag of pools….the fridge isn’t full of food thats wasted, takes away having to think about it - and the end result is better to boot -).

Super helpful and friendly staff. Had an urgent insure with my pool, got a visit from Poolwerx within hours and issue resolved.

We have had the team helping us sort out our new pool and have found them to be very helpful, available and knowledgeable.

These guys are absolutely amazing! We had a new pool which had a leak, the pool install company and another pool service company checked for leaks- couldn't find any! A man from Poolwerx came and found the leak and repaired it straight away! Amazing service, friendly, and great knowledge of pools. Would 100% recommend!
