1. This promotion (“offer”) is being conducted by:

(the Promoter).

2. The discount on spa chemicals and accessories pack is selected at the discretion of the Poolwerx

Franchisee and may be reduced by 10% (“offer”).

3. Offer applies to participating Poolwerx locations in New Zealand only and for selected products, as selected by the individual franchise partner.

4. The Promotion runs 17 April – 30 May 2025 (“Offer Period”) unless otherwise specified by the individual Poolwerx Franchisee.

5. Availability of Items is subject to the stock levels of the relevant participating Poolwerx Franchisee within the promotion period. Once Items are sold, the Promotion will end, unless the individual Poolwerx Franchisee determines otherwise.

6. The offer is not transferable and cannot be put on layby.

7. Existing Supplier warranties apply.

8. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

Limitation of liability

7. If for any reason this offer is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer

virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure or any cause beyond

the control of the Promoter, which may affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper

conduct of this campaign, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action available to

Poolwerx including to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
